How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive an 8-digit verification code. Enter the code and set a new password.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete All Data. This will permanently remove all your local data including mood entries, journal entries, sleep logs, and assessment results. This action cannot be undone.
How do I manage my subscription?
Premium subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To cancel or change your subscription, go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Mindmentor.live. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Is my data private?
Yes. Most of your health data (mood entries, journal entries, sleep logs, assessments) is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers. Only AI chat messages are sent to Azure OpenAI for processing. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Is MindMentor a replacement for therapy?
No. MindMentor is a wellness companion designed to support your self-care routine. The AI companion is not a licensed therapist and does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment, or clinical advice. If you need professional mental health support, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.
What age do I need to be to use MindMentor?
MindMentor is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users between 13-17 may use the app with parental consent.
