1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MindMentor ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MindMentor is a self-care and wellness application that provides mood tracking, journaling, breathing exercises, meditation timers, sleep tracking, AI-powered wellness conversations, educational resources, and community features. MindMentor is NOT a medical device, therapy platform, or substitute for professional mental health treatment.

3. Important Disclaimers

THE APP DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. The AI wellness companion feature uses artificial intelligence to generate conversational responses. These responses are for informational and self-care purposes only. The AI is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, counselor, or healthcare provider. 4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MindMentor. Users between 13-17 may use the App with parental consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet the age requirements.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update your information as necessary. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

MindMentor offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled per the applicable app store policies.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create in the App (journal entries, mood notes, community posts). By posting content in the Community feature, you grant MindMentor a non-exclusive license to display that content within the App. You agree not to post content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, illegal, or violates others' rights.

8. Community Guidelines

The Community feature requires respectful behavior. Prohibited content includes: harassment, hate speech, explicit content, spam, promotion of self-harm, impersonation, and sharing personal information of others. Violations may result in account suspension.

9. Intellectual Property

MindMentor and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Reinvest Top LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINDMENTOR AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
